R13 is a rather secretive brand that we gave a first mention to earlier this year. Luckily with the release of their Spring 2010 lookbook we have managed to uncover a little more information. This brand takes the inspiration for their name from the American revolutionary Gadsden Flag featuring a rattlesnake with 13 rattles (one for each of the colonies). With their new collection R13 took their influences from badass chicks such as singer Alison Mosshart and model Daria Werbowy and came up with a selection of edgy skinny jeans and boyfriend shorts, as well as denim and leather jackets. The collection is sold at Barneys and Opening Ceremony in the US, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and Joseph in the UK. From Spring 2010 it will also be available at Colette in Paris and Penelope in Italy.

Amazon Denim Store - Free Shipping & Returns
Amazon has launched their own denim store just in time for the (hopefully) busy Xmas shopping season. What is most interesting about the store is that they are offering free shipping AND free returns - as long as you are in the US and you return the item within 30 days. Their range of denim isn't the best out there (for that check out the Denimology Denim Store) but they do have 7 for All Mankind, Joe's Jeans, Rock & Republic, William Rast, Levi's and Lucky Brand.
