Yoropiko Jeans - Diamonds & Denim

Yoropiko are a new brand of jeans from Martin Ksohoh, the guy behind the Red Monkey Company. To ensure that these new jeans stand out in an already overcrowded denim marketplace he has decided to make a feature of the buttons which are crafted from silver and gold and are inset with rubies, sapphires and diamonds. G-Star In The USA

Since 1989 Dutch denim brand G-Star have been producing innovative and distinctive looking jeans. Now in 2007 they have decided it is time to raise their profile in the US with the launch of both a store and a fashion show in New York. Each of these events will each feature the G-Star Raw Denim line which includes exclusive hand-made jeans available for anything up to $1000.

Nicole Richie & Sophia Bush in J Brand Jeans

When it comes to a celebrity client list, then J Brand Jeans really take some beating. Barely a week goes by without someone famous being seen out in their figure hugging jeans. Last week Sophia Bush (see below), from One Tree Hill and the soon to be released remake of The Hitcher appeared on MTV's TRL in a pair of black J Brands, whilst Nicole Richie (see above) went shopping (with actress Sophie Monk) in a dark blue pair of J Brands which she tucked into some rather nasty looking stripper boots.

Diesel.com Gets Hijacked

Diesel.com has been taken over by two nubile looking female hackers who have a webcam trained on a room containing themselves and a guy tied to a bed. Amongst other things the girls are demanding that Diesel allows them to become underwear models or they will "torture" their hostage. The hackers/kidnappers/underwear models are also keeping a blog of their activities and are chatting online live right now.

Full marks to Diesel for this little event, it's nice to see a company trying something different and I am sure they will get a tonne of well deserved publicity out of this.

Celeb Trend - Faded Skinny Jeans & Boots

Denim trends may come and go but one tried and tested look which is guaranteed to work during the winter months is faded skinny jeans tucked into boots. Three of the UK's most stylish celebs were spotted out this week in similar outfits, both Victoria Beckham and Kate Moss wore washed-out blue jeans, whilst Sienna Miller opted for some faded grey/black jeans - all with the obligatory black leather boots.
