Initially I wasn't entirely sure who Kelly Carlson was, but as always Wikipedia helped solve that. She is basically a hot blonde who has appeared in a few episodes of Nip/Tuck. In these photos of her shopping at MAC cosmetics on Robertson Boulevard she is wearing the same pair of Rich & Skinny high-waisted Lanky jeans that Hilary Duff was seen wearing last week.
