Red Engine is a brand that has not been
featured too much on Denimology, so after they got in touch I figured it was the least I could do to address that problem and let everyone know about their current collection.
Red Engine was started in 1999 by Jim Boldes who was previously the vice president of production at
Guess throughout the Claudia Schiffer and Anna Nicole days. This family run brand is now stocked in over 600 stores and has celebrity fans including
Jessica Simpson (see below). As you can see from these photos
Red Engine is positioned as an authentic vintage-inspired all American brand, it is not their intention to follow trends but instead to produce classic great fitting jeans.
