Nicky Hilton was out in Los Angeles wearing Work Custom Jeans "Beatnik Short" in Riviera wash, accented with an Hermes belt. The heiress who designs two lines of her own called Chick and Nicholai is launching overseas at Tokyo Girls Collection in September.
