David Bellemère is a photographer who harmoniously blends fashion to nature. For Marie Claire's September issue, he put together an out-doorsy-70's-vibe kind of shoot titled, I Love Freedom. The layout stars model Sophie Srej enjoying the sunshine while wearing retro type inspired attire. Sophie wears Crystal Denim Shorts, a Diesel Denim Vest, Miss Sixty Shorts, Angelo Marani jeans that were tie-dyed by hand and then embellished with brocade and sequins, J Brand/Hussein Chalayan Denim Leggings and Levi's Multi-Pocket Denim Shorts for the editorial.
Cosmo Aug 09: Moto Denim Editorial
In the August 2009 issue of Cosmopolitan, the mag featured a biker-chic, moto denim themed editorial titled simply, Motorcycle Diaries. Photographer Dean Isidro captured Hannah Davis and Make Me A Supermodel Season 2 winner, Branden Rickman motorcycle style denim jeans, jackets and vests by a handful of lines including Levi's, RRL, What Comes Around Goes Around, and 7 For All Mankind.
Christopher Kane for Topshop
I've been waiting ever so not-patiently for a glimpse of Christopher Kane's Topshop collection and the wait has been worth it. The 39 piece collection features a few denim key pieces (priced about $210 for jeans and denim jacket) and hits stores next month. Not having a local Topshop to go buy from is a huge drag and often these capsule collections are sold out online but I appreciate Kane's collection nonetheless.

Twiggy Chic
Inside Magazine may of just published my favorite editorial of all time. Titled Twiggy Chick and shot by Nina Andersson, the piece pays homage to lengendary model Twiggy, as seen by the remarkable pictures of Swedish model Frida Gustavsson (Frida opened the Valentino show this past season). Featuring denim by H&M, Cheap Monday, YSL, Wrangler Vintage, Diesel, Levi's and 7 For All Mankind this layout leaves me speechless. Proof positive that a bit of styling can make the ordinary look extraordinary, and that classic style like Twiggy's is timeless.
Alice Dellal in Jalouse Juin 09 Magazine
Jalouse Magazine did a very simple but effective photoshoot with model Alice Dellal and her boyfriend Ross Tanner. In the shoot Alice wears her own Sweet Jane Wrangler Jean Jacket and Sandro jean shorts while her boyfriend Ross wears his APC destroy jeans. Enjoy this simple shoot from Jalouse Magazine.
