Prps Spring/Summer 2010 Women's Collection

LOOK 01.jpg

It is a tricky business for a brand that has made a name for itself producing great jeans for men to expand the line to include quality women's denim as well. What make a great pair of women's jeans is very different to what works for guys. With their fourth womenswear collection Prps definitely seem to be hitting their stride. The S/S 2010 Collection features beautifully worn and torn jeans, lovingly aged tops and some gorgeous soft leather jackets which are as good as anything they have produced for men.

Cohesive Jeans Lookbook Winter 2009

cohesive-holiday-2009-440.jpg

Check out the great new lookbook by Cohesive for their Winter 2009 line. The lookbook tells a great story about the brands aesthetic. They convey that any type of man, any race to young or old, can wear their jeans. Very well done.

Prps Spring/Summer 2010 Men's Collection

LOOK 20.jpg

If you like your denim uber-aged by expert artisans in Japan there really is only one American brand to go to and that is Prps. Here we have their S/S 2010 Men's Collection which has had me drooling with desire since it arrived in my inbox yesterday. I will need to start saving up though because craftsmanship this good does not come cheap. Thanks for Anette from My Wardrobe who stock Prps in the UK for the tip.

Red Engine Jeans with DOW XLA™Re:Flex4™

113RubyBK.Twilight.jpg

For their Fall 2009 collection Red Engine Jeans have teamed up with fabric technology company Dow Fiber Solutions to help solve the problem of saggy jeans. Red Engine's new range of jeans will be made from high quality denim using Dow's very scientific sounding XLARe:Flex4Fiber which apparently offers "a revolutionary breakthrough in multi-dimensional stretch denim." What all this means in English is that your skinny jeans will stretch with your body without losing their shape and sagging out... which can't be a bad thing.

Work Custom Jeans Spring/Summer 2010

WorkCustomJeans_S:S2010_SG201.jpg

We happily brought you the first glimpse of Work Custom Jeans Spring/Summer 2010 collection and I'm thrilled to show you the rest of the line now. I admit I'm a huge fan of this line and for the short time they've been around they have made a fast name for themselves with their quality, cut and reputation for the best skinnies in town. I am crazy for the new shape of the Teardrop Jean but it's the Red Moto Zip Hotpants that I will be first in line to buy! As it is with any game, longevity is the goal and with continued collections like we've seen them come out with so far, Work Custom Jeans will be sticking around for quite some time.

Rogue Territory - Debut Collection

RT1.jpg

Karl Thoennessen started his brand, Rogue Territory back in 2007 making custom jeans out of the American Rags "World Denim Bar." Having clients such as Kanye West and Lebron James on his contacts list, Thoennessen has taken the next natural progression for his brand by creating a seasonal collection to sit along side his hand made custom jeans. Featuring three denim cuts plus two nicely cut worker trousers, Rogue Territories attention to detail is evident in every piece. The work shirts in three different fabrics are a must have. Be sure to get on board at the start of something really special.
