It's nice to have an opportunity to finally feature Mila Kunis on Denimology. As well as being great in That 70s Show she was the best thing about Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Here she is in the current issue of Nylon wearing a pair of baggy denim shorts by Diesel.
Unfortunately for me, in my part of the world summer is well and truly over. However, it is still warm and sunny in other parts of the world meaning that there is still plenty of opportunity for wearing denim shorts. In these cute photos Nicole Ritchie has on a pair of Abercrombie denim cut offs whilst Hilary Duff went for the same smarter pair of cuffed Citizens of Humanity shorts which have already proven popular with celebs such as Mariah Carey and Lindsay Lohan.
I need some help from Denimology readers on this one. Mischa Barton was snapped wearing a distinctive pair of hippy-style suede and denim shorts whilst on the beach in Malibu. However, despite my best efforts I have been unable to identify these jeans, if anyone can help please mail me.
This shot comes from UK girl band Girls Aloud's 2009 and features Sarah Harding in a awesomely trashy pair of acid-wash denim shorts. Not sure if the brand though, if anyone recognises them please drop me a line.
Giselle Bunchen was snapped wearing what I am pretty sure are a pair of Chip & Pepper denim shorts whilst one her way to a massage at Spa Belles in New York City on Wednesday.
She may have dropped out from the best dressed list by Grazia magazine, but Kate Moss still boasts more the fashion clout than almost any other celebrity out there. Just before the ripped denim Alexander Wang shorts she wore recently were identified, the only two shopping sites ( La Garconne and Nordstrom) selling them had many sizes available. One week after the photos appeared online most sizes are now sold out. Proving again the direct effect that having the right celebrity wearing your product can have on sales.
